People feel they need to mourn complete strangers?
Thousands of people die every day, but we pick and choose which ones are news worthy. Is that child who starved to death any less notable then the kids in the school shooting? Or the person who suffered a battle of cancer and lost any less worthy of your money?
If anything, we should take away from any death is that it is inevitable. We live and we die. We may not get to choose how we leave this world, but we do have a choice of what we do with our lives while we are here
